Axel Thesleff, Milana May, THEØNESS - Sampo

“Sampo” is from THEØNESS, by Axel Thesleff ‪@AxelThesleffMusic‬ and Milana May ‪@MilanaMay‬ the self-titled debut album, out now. Named after the Sampo of the Kalevala, Finland’s national epic, “Sampo” draws inspiration from a mysterious object forged to produce infinite prosperity and good fortune, whose ownership becomes enormously consequential. Moving from quiet anticipation into deep, pulsing bass, with lyrics sung in archaic Finnish inspired by the language of the Kalevala, “Sampo” feels like an ancient power beginning to awaken. ØNESS locates the Sampo beneath the ice. As the chosen one capable of wielding its extraordinary power, she melts the frozen layer through the love within her heart, revealing the ancient source of abundance for humanity. THEØNESS ‪@theoness_world‬ is an audiovisual universe where world bass music, cinematic storytelling, and higher consciousness become one.
