Riding Coast and Forest | 50 miles of Training Cycle | OAP's Attempt Keep-Fit

Finally the sun came out which was the only excuse that me and my irrepressible cousin Nicky needed to kick of out training plan for an up-coming cycle adventure. We have to squeeze as much training as we can if we are to get our senior bones around the fabulous King Alfred's Way in the coming months. I'll be riding my Specialized Diverge and will most likely have difficulties keeping up with my younger and lighter cousin who has just splashed out on a 29'ner Sonder titanium framed hardtail MTB (sooooo cool)
