The problem with EToH revamps (and how to fix it)

Many of the revamps that we've been seeing in EToH recently have been completely new versions of towers that don't build off of the original, and instead have a new distinct style that's been created recently and ripping the same frame colors and song choices. Here I suggest a way I think would be better to handle old, outdated towers, or ones that simply aren't good for beginners.
