Tamiya's Focke-Wulf Fw190F-8 kit in 1/48 scale

This is the venerable Tamiya kit of the Focke-wulf Fw190F-8 ground-attack variant. Released around 32 years ago, my kit was finished in April 1994!. This is a revamp of the original colour scheme although there was nothing major required to the actual model. The only addition to the kit was attaching seat belts. My kit has mid-upper wing blisters for additional wing cannon which were not carried on the F-8 variant; I put my error down to youthful exuberance. I decided removing them would potentially cause more damage than would be acceptable, so I hope you will forgive me this inaccurancy. My original model was finished in the markings of Gruppenstab, I./SG5 based at Utti (Uttisa), Finland, during the summer of 1944; this repaint instead shows an aircraft from 3./SG5 at the same location and timeline. I hope you like the end result, and thanks very much for taking time to look in. ___________ All materials used in completing this model were purchased using my own funds; I have not been sponsored to undertake this work. ___________ All music tracks included in this video are from Epidemic Sound, and are: Destiny Rising - Formant X Wind's On Our Side - Dian Shuai Capture This - Alec Slayne Spirits of Machu Picchu - Gavin Luke The Girl from North - Magnus Lidvigsson The winds of Change - Francis Wells The Frozen Chase - Dian Shuai Confidentiality - Dream Cave The Call of the Wild - Victor Lundberg We All Die Young - Hampus Naeselius Atomic Numbers - August Wilhelmsson Heros Hand 5 - August Wilhelmsson Chariots - Gavin Luke Alteration - Karoliina Gabel & Christoffer Moe Ditlevsen Phoenix Rising - Edgar Hopp This video was made using Capcut
