LABOR DAY RUSH at Orlando International Airport (MCO) - with over 90 minutes of action packed plane spotting. With over 150,000 passengers arriving and departing MCO in a SINGLE DAY, plus overflow traffic from MIA, this created backlogs of flights waiting to depart Runway 35L. Great high stakes plane spotting, especially for a holiday weekend. Alongside regularly scheduled flights, we spot a British Airways Airbus A380, Atlas Air Boeing 747-8F, Kallitta Air Boeing 777F, ITA Airbus A330-900neo, and GOL Boeing 737 MAX 8 departing MCO on ferry flights to Boston (BOS) or Miami (MIA) for repositioning. These aircraft remained overnight at MCO after being diverted from MIA due to the Amazon Air runway overrun. Speaking of MIA, NINE diverted flights are spotted at MCO, five from MIA alone (including an AA 777 from Barcelona) due to thunderstorms across South Florida and two of MIA's runways closed (at the time of this video). 0:00 - South Place Parking (Part I) 30:23 - Terminal Top Parking (Part I) 1:02:09 - HYATT Pool Deck 1:12:07 - Terminal Top Parking (Part II) 1:30:13 - South Place Parking (Part II) #orlando #mco #planespotting #laborday2026
