I'm good; I might do something, like prepare to transfer my proteins from the Styrofoam to the vacuum-sealed bag, as long as they thaw well. I have several that thawed this time and put them back in the freezer. I couldn't figure out why ground foods take longer to thaw in the refrigerator. Maybe it was too cold in there, but I couldn't adjust it because of the water bottles. If that’s the case, I need to remind myself to buy another refrigerator to thaw meat, chicken, turkey, pork, seafood, and wild game.
