Ulsterbus Scania Solar Farewell Tour

2022 Is likely to see all remaining Ulsterbus Scania Solars being withdrawn from service so on the 5th March the ITH ran a farewell tour using Newtownards based vehicles 785 & 825 for a trip around the Ards Peninsula , Comber , Shrigley & Ballygowan before heading to Belfast. Tiger 1431 Was used at the start of the day to take us from Belfast Europa to Newtownards. Thank you to all involved in the ITH & Translink for planning a great day out. 785 & 825 Have now both been scrapped. As off the start of 2023 some Ulsterbus solars are still in service but for how much longer is the big question now.
