Stephanie is certain that Brooke will strike again because she’s like an addict, unable to stop herself. Stephanie says Brooke’s suffering won’t stop until she meets her true soulmate who will either be her salvation or her destruction. Bridget feels Deacon betrayed her by talking to Brooke behind her back. When Whip suggests that Bridget might be wise not to trust Deacon, she stops him from spouting on feeling it’s hypocritical of her to speak about loyalty because now she’s talking behind Deacon’s back. Brooke and Deacon are in the midst of making love. Finally it dawns on Brooke what she’s done and she pulls away from Deacon as the shame washes over her. Deacon won’t give Brooke up even for Bridget. Brooke says he doesn’t have to because she’s making the choice for him. Megan is stripping the bed when Whip enters so he knows she’s in the loop. Megan finally tells him that Brooke is moving to Paris. Despite Deacon’s plea, Brooke gets on the plane with Whip at her side.
