Dietary and other lifestyle interventions are a critical component of diabetes care. However front line diabetes care providers often find dietary counseling challenging and time consuming . A team of nutrition experts at St. Michael's Hospital at the University of Toronto has developed this video outlining 10 key nutritional "quick hits" that we hope providers will find useful when counseling their patients.
