In this video, I show you step by step how to make one line using the Sivan Kan Knot. In my Playlist, Normal Knot, upper and lower lines, and each step of basket weaving are uploaded separately with individual numbers. If you watch the videos in number order, you can continue step by step and make a complete basket. First, we make the Normal Knot, and then we learn how to make the Sivan Kan Knot. For the Sivan Kan Knot, the wire should be folded so that the hollow/curve side comes on the left, opposite to the Normal Knot. I have used Green and Brown wires alternately so that you can easily understand which is the Running Wire and which is the Side Wire. The important point of the Sivan Kan Knot is: Separate the two wires that are joined at the top, and join the two wires that are separated at the bottom. It may look a little difficult at first, but if you follow the numbered videos in order and practise along with them, it will become easier to understand.
