Kazakhstan Railway Container Project | 40 Ton Gantry Crane Installation by Aicrane

Watch the successful installation and smooth operation of our 40-ton gantry crane for container handling at the customer site in Kazakhstan! 🚉🇰🇿 📌 Project Needs And Challenge: Our client in Kazakhstan needed an efficient and budget-friendly solution for loading and unloading containers along a railway line. A specialized container gantry crane such as RMG crane would exceed their budget, but the solution still had to ensure safe and reliable lifting of heavy containers in a railway environment. 🔧 Our Solution: Aicrane offered a customized AQ-MG 40-ton double girder gantry crane equipped with a simple container spreader. This configuration met both lifting performance needs and cost expectations - providing a smart alternative to a professional RMG container gantry crane. 🚧 Implementation (Action): The customer handled the installation independently. However, during commissioning, they encountered several issues - most notably, a cable wiring error. Aicrane responded quickly by dispatching an experienced engineer to the site in Kostanay, Kazakhstan, to provide timely on-site support and ensure the crane operated correctly and safely. 🏆 Project Result: The crane is now successfully operating at the customer’s site, efficiently handling containers along the railway. The customer is highly satisfied with the performance, reliability, and budget-fit of the solution. This project further strengthens Aicrane’s position as a leading gantry crane supplier in the CIS region. 💼 About Aicrane: Aicrane is a trusted brand with leading sales performance across the CIS market, known for tailored lifting solutions, reliable equipment, and full-service support. 🔗 Learn more about our gantry crane solutions here: https://aicraneliftingsolution.com/ga... #Aicrane #GantryCrane #40TonGantryCrane #Railway #ContainerHandling #CISMarket #CraneInstallation #AicraneProjects #KazakhstanProject 📞 Get in Touch with Us: 📧 Email: inquiry15@aicranes.com 🌐 Website: https://aicraneliftingsolution.com/ 📘 Facebook:   / aicraneliftingequipment   💼 LinkedIn:   / aicrane-group
