FRV. Ratp Group Route 94. Acton Green - Piccadilly Circus. E400 EV BCE47016 (LB69 JPJ) & BCE47018

Todays video is an FRV on the Route 94 from Acton Green to Piccadilly Circus. I decided to do the route because it passes through the Christmas lights which look really cool but however the route didn’t go as planned. I’ve been planning to do this route for a very long time but one thing I never realised was how bad the service is during this time. Because of the long Oxford Street traffic, the buses were delayed heavily and to add it there was traffic in Acton Green so the buses arrived there late. I was meant to do the 3:57 one but there were delays on the district line so I ended up arriving at 4:10. A 94 is supposed to leave at 4:14 but we ended up leaving at 4:26 lmao on the 4:22 bus. The 4:14 bus had a long break and told everyone to get the bus behind so that basically meant we collected double the passengers since one was “cancelled”. The wait at Goldhawk Road further delayed us so it was inevitable we would curtail. At Selfridges the driver changed the blinds and we unfortunately curtailed to Oxford Circus. The service that day was so bad that all the 94s behind ended up curtailing for the next hour, and I ain’t waiting that long. So the next day I went to go finish the route off after doing the route 30. Anyways, the route is really nice and is usually 55 minutes so I do recommend although it is a straight line. Sorry for the long yap lol. I’d rate the route a 6.5/10.
