Military Father Surprises Daughter at Her Concert

On December 9th, 2019, Sergeant Bill Kapr arrived back home after roughly a year deployment. His daughter Madison had no clue he was home, so he decided to surprise her. After a lot of planning, he managed to come from backstage and surprise his daughter at her choir concert at Kinnelon High School.
