The house is composed of two volumes that carefully follow the natural topography, minimizing environmental impact and preserving the existing oak and copal trees. One volume opens toward the horizon to create a transparent, public living space, while the other sinks into the land, forming a private, cave-like retreat. A steel and glass corridor connects both areas, emphasizing the dialogue between architecture and landscape. Using local stone, steel, and wood, the cabin achieves a timeless, harmonious integration with its surroundings, appearing as if it has always belonged to the site. Architects: LAMZ Arquitectura Area: 185 m² Year: 2018 Lead Architect: Luis Alberto Martínez Zúñiga Other Participants: Francisco Guillermo López Chávez, Romeo Eli Antonio Ayuso, Óscar Matías Acevedo City: San Sebastián Teitipac Country: Mexico
