Shank [Mania Mode] All levels clear No Death

Done level by level - no dying, no checkpoints abuse to restore hp / grenades. All segments were streamed on my Twitch channel. Mania Mode features: More enemies, each one is designed by a hand. Faster, more aggressive goons. Changed boss attacks makes different approach to them. They're also faster. Some of the Shank weapons got buffed dealing more damage, especially certain moves. Katana is now pretty enjoyable to use, too. New traps (mines) located in the church levels. Fully redrawn by @OREGONT Grenade guys (weak ones) now drops the bomb when they die dealing damage to a player. Toro Boss replay feature from the level selection menu. 2 Extra Modes (Practice & Survival) from the level selection menu, both are available in solo + co-op.
