1972 JOHNSON 4HP OUTBOARD. WILL IT START AFTER BEING IN STORAGE FOR 46 YEARS?

I recently traded a rc helicopter for this 1972 Johnson 4hp outboard "50th anniversary series" that reportedly had been the original owner's backup outboard motor, having 2 identical outboard motors and that this had been started and run briefly but never actually used and has been in storage all this time. The only thing I've done is change the gear oil. Will it start up and run after having sat in storage for 46 years without doing anything else to it? Let's find out.
