PS5 Jailbreak Guide: Update from 12.xx to 13.60

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Only follow this guide if you understand the risks and have carefully considered whether updating to PS5 firmware 13.60 is right for you. You cannot return to your previous firmware through the normal PS5 update process. Verify your current firmware and the 13.60 retail update file before proceeding. I update my PS5 from firmware 12.40 to 13.60 with a USB drive, then run the 13.60 Relapse jailbreak and rebuild the payload setup. This shows the update, the firmware check, Payload Manager, K-Stuff Lite, ShadowMount Plus, and a reboot test of WebKit Auto Loader. Use the 13.60 retail system update file for this walkthrough. Sony's current download page may offer a newer version. The exploit and community services can change, and your results may differ from my console.
