Mokshamu Galada | Singer Priya | Tyagaraja Kriti | Carnatic Classical Vocal

Listen to a soul-stirring rendition of Saint Tyagaraja’s famous composition "Mokshamu Galada" performed by Singer Priya. Set in the expressive Raga Saramathi and Adi Talam, this Kriti poses a profound spiritual question: Is liberation (Moksha) attainable without devotion (Bhakti) and the wisdom of music (Sangeeta Jnana)? Saint Tyagaraja references Lord Shiva, the supreme lover of the Veena, to emphasize that true devotion and musical harmony lead to spiritual enlightenment.
