Empoleon IS THE ANSWER to the META! This frog loves to get wet from this hard penguin!?!?!?

Doing my best to make Empoleon viable. I truly feel it can work. Its ability and type works great in an intimidation filled meta. Toxicroak's dry skin and fake out support makes him a great paring. And Golurk has the perfect typing to switch into any super effective move used on Empoleon. Hope you enjoy and let me know if you think there are any tweaks we can make to get into champions tier!
