HAVES Beginners Hawaiian Dance W~Part 3 (W - Winter) "Pearly Shells"

Virtual HAVES (Healthy-Active-Vibrant-Energetic-Seniors) Hula is telling a story with flowing hand motions and enchanting hip movements. Liz will teach the moves to the song, "Pearly Shells". Please refer back to Beg Haw Pt 1 and Pt 2 to learn the basic footwork, hand gestures and hip movements. Even though this program is mostly used by 55+ year olds, the program is designed for all ages and abilities. The whole family can join in!
