🥔🥩 MY GRANDMOTHER'S SECRET RECIPE FOR CRISPY HOMEMADE PATTIES! Want to make incredibly delicious, crispy patties with just a few simple ingredients? 😍 Try this amazing homemade recipe made with 2 potatoes, 300 g of ground meat, 2 eggs, fresh garlic, and a few everyday ingredients! Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside! These flavorful homemade patties are perfect for a delicious family meal. Serve them with fresh tomato slices and pickles for an irresistible combination! ❤️🍅 👩‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE IT 1. Grate 2 potatoes and 1 onion. Squeeze out the excess liquid and place them in a mixing bowl. Finely chop 3 garlic cloves and add them to the mixture. 2. Add 300 g of ground meat, 2 eggs, salt, paprika, turmeric, and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly by hand for 1–3 minutes. Add 120 g of breadcrumbs and mix again for 1 minute until the mixture has a firm texture. 3. Shape the mixture into patties by hand. Heat some oil in a frying pan and gently place the patties inside. Fry each side for 3–5 minutes until crispy and fully cooked. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with sliced tomatoes and pickles.
