Spain: A-1 Madrid - Robregordo

Join me for a drive along the A-1, Spain's Autovía del Norte, starting near the M-30 in Madrid and heading north through the busy suburbs of the Spanish capital. We pass through the northern metropolitan area of Madrid before the landscape gradually changes from dense urban development to open countryside and increasingly hilly terrain. Our journey takes us past Alcobendas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, San Agustín del Guadalix, El Molar and La Cabrera, before ending near La Serna del Monte.
