Proteins - Amino Acids, Peptides, and Protein Structures

In this final video of Organic Chemistry, an introduction to proteins is presented. Amino acids are described and classified as polar or nonpolar as well as acidic, basic, or neutral. The acid/base properties of amino acids and proteins are shown (including zwitterions). Protein structure is also described.
