Cardiac check-up: The key to safe non cardiac surgery

In this lecture, I summarized the recent guidelines for preoperative cardiac evaluation of patients undergoing non cardiac surgery. we gave different examples and case scenarios to apply the guidelines and reach a reasonable approach to the preoperative cardiac assessment and optimization.
