HONOR Robot Phone – Premium AI Phone With a Robotic Gimbal Camera | Price in UK

Honor Robot Phone Unboxing & Review The HONOR Robot Phone is finally here, and this might be one of the most unusual smartphones of 2026! In this video, I’m unboxing the Honor Robot Phone and putting its unique robotic gimbal camera, AI features, design, video recording, camera performance, and everyday usability to the test. The biggest attraction is the built-in 4DoF robotic gimbal camera, which turns the rear camera into something that feels completely different from a traditional smartphone. HONOR has also positioned the device as an AI-powered companion, combining robotics, imaging, and the YOYO AI experience. In this HONOR Robot Phone review, we take a close look at the premium packaging, accessories, silicone magnetic case, wrist strap, 120W charger, 6.3-inch display, futuristic design, mechanical gimbal movement, camera controls, stabilization, AI tracking, and the overall experience of using a smartphone with a built-in robotic camera. I’ll also compare its camera footage with the iPhone 17 Pro and Luma Ultra, while looking at the limitations of 4K 120fps, 8K recording, ultra-wide video, lens switching, and the overall image quality. The Robot Phone's camera system is designed around a motorized gimbal that can provide stabilization and subject tracking directly from the phone. But the real question is: Is the HONOR Robot Phone actually the future of smartphones, or is it simply an expensive experiment? After using it, I also test the Robot Phone AI experience, including YOYO integration, gesture recognition, AI interaction, tracking, and the phone's ability to act more like a companion than a conventional smartphone. There are also some important problems to discuss, including heat, battery life, charging while using the gimbal, horizontal UI limitations, durability concerns, IP54 protection, and the mechanical gimbal system. And just before this video went live, my own Robot Phone developed a gimbal/lens-cover issue, so I’ll also explain exactly what happened and what I’m expecting from HONOR after-sales support. HONOR launched the Robot Phone in China at a starting price of 9,999 yuan, making this a seriously premium device and a fascinating experiment in the future of mobile imaging and AI.
