Lift with ILE Skycomms at the Royal Victoria Shopping Centre Carpark in Tunbridge Wells

These lifts used to be 80s Kone M-Series but they were modernised by 21st Century Lifts. They were then modernised again with ILE Skycomms controller. But I don’t know what company modernised them
