Time stretch it to fit by holding, then click on the slice edit button. From there, adjust the slice points to the transients that you want to chop. While still in slice edit mode, right click and select "Bounce to Rex Loop." Then, if you double click on the new rex file, it will automatically open in Doctor OctoRex.
