Since launching in 2021, our Operator Skills Hub, in partnership with Flannery Plant Hire and Balfour Beatty plc, has achieved an 80% employment conversion rate through Skills Bootcamps and apprenticeships. We're proud to champion diversity by supporting veterans, ex-offenders, and disabled workers, while preparing the workforce for digital construction.
