Star Fox (2026) - Sector Y (Normal) - 435 Hits

Here's my first real run of the new Sector Y! There is a lot going on here that is different from the original version. One of the main differences they changed is the little missiles are now easier to hit as they had their hitboxes buffed compared to the original. If you are wondering what is going on at the start of the checkpoint?! After you retry from checkpoint, the two groups of 5 enemies + the 5 missiles still spawn behind you. If you detonate a bomb immediately when the game starts, you can usually get around 10 extra hits since the bomb destroys them spawning behind you. By adding a somersault, you can do this + get a locked charge shot to get even more points.
