Here is another video of that primus stella spin dryer I got recently in my collection. We drove about 1 hour each way that day and paid just 30€ for it!
Today I cleaned up the inside underneath, it was full of spider webs & also gave some oil to the motor shaft. I tried to fix the broken switch at the front, but looking inside it had nothing that could possibly be wired to it... so that switch does nothing for now.
It starts spinning directly when plugged in.
In the video I also show photos from the inside of it & also the motor info tag.
These were made before 1970 when primus was making domestic washing machines, spin dryers and dryers. In the year 1970 is when they focused on commercial machines that they still make until today, selling them worldwide and they are also part of Alliance laundry systems company. The brand was found in 1909 in a city of Belgium called Gullegem.
This spin dryer also has the very first ever logo from primus!
Other than that switch at the front which after all seems to do nothing, it's working perfectly with no issues, no leaks, anything.
This is the first ever test with a load in it, 3 wet fabrics.
