Eleven thousand feet up in the Himalayas stands a stone temple whose lingam is not round. It is shaped like the hump of a bull. After the Kurukshetra war, the Pandavas went looking for Shiva to free themselves of their sin. Shiva did not want to be found. He hid among a herd of cattle as a bull, and when Bhima caught him, the bull sank into the earth. The hump stayed at Kedarnath.
