I tried 4 different ways to make AI ads and tracked every credit, retake and fix. Only one actually worked. This is the full workflow for how to make AI ads, including the parts most tutorials skip. What you'll see: → 3 questions to answer before you open any AI tool → Way 1: one product photo + one prompt (Kling 3.0 Omni) → Way 2: a video sheet, the whole plan on one page (Wan 3.0) → Way 3: an Instagram-style hook (Seedance 2.0) → Way 4: a full story, built one shot at a time (The Ink Watch) → An easier start: image ads, with the same prompt in ChatGPT, Higgsfield and Nano Banana Pro → Image ads on your own computer with ComfyUI + Qwen: no credits, no per-image charge → How I pick the best result with the Compare Engine The real numbers (credits charged on my accounts; ₹ figures are my rough estimate at about ₹3 per Higgsfield credit, not an official price): • Way 1: about 19 Higgsfield credits (≈ ₹55) • Way 2: about 105 Higgsfield credits per 30-second video (≈ ₹315 each). A 10-second Google Flow version took 15 Flow credits. • Way 3: 73 Higgsfield credits, including the banner (≈ ₹220) • Way 4, The Ink Watch: just over 200 Higgsfield credits (≈ ₹600, about $6), plus about 2,500 ElevenLabs credits for the sound. Behind those 60 seconds: 43 image attempts, 22 video clips and 18 fixes. Kits and tools from this video (my own products; AI tools and generation credits are sold separately): Video Ads Kit → https://builtonbrief.com/shop#video-a... Lifetime access: when I improve a kit or tool you bought, you get the new version too. Want a full video on setting up ComfyUI + Qwen on your own computer? Tell me in the comments. Disclosures • The on-camera presenter is an AI version of me, speaking in my cloned voice (HeyGen avatar + ElevenLabs voice clone). All narration is my cloned voice. The people in the ads I made are AI-generated, not real actors. The screen recordings, tests and costs are real. • Every ad I made in these tests is my own spec work (my own brief). None were commissioned by Bose, Casio or Mokobara, and I'm not affiliated with them; their products appear only as references. EMBERA and VAYU in Way 2, and the brands in the image-ad gallery, are fictional brands for these tests. • The ₹9,999 / ₹4,999 prices on the backpack image ads are sample copy from my prompt, not a real Mokobara offer. • The Swish, Urban Company and Umika ads appear briefly for commentary on their layout. They belong to their owners, the offers shown may be out of date, and I don't know how they performed. • This is a practical test with my own inputs, not a controlled benchmark. Tool prices, plans and credit rates change. • No sponsors and no affiliate links.
