Most outbound fails because it fires on a calendar, not on intent. You blast a list on whatever day a sequence schedules them, and you catch almost no one at the moment they actually care. In this video I show the exact system I use to flip that. I run my entire ABM campaign through Hermes, an agentic harness (works in Claude Code too), with Trigify supplying the buying signals underneath it. The agent sources the list, picks the signals that matter, scores every prospect, and routes the hot ones straight into my outreach tool. All of it self-running on a daily cron. Here is what I walk through, step by step, with copy-paste prompts: 1. Defining your ICP so the agent stops guessing 2. Sourcing 100 named prospects with Exa 3. Picking your buying signals with the Trigify MCP 4. Building a scoring system that knows who is hot 5. Setting up live signal monitoring 6. The cron that scores and routes automatically 7.
