Kori Sevimparare - Kharaharapriya - M. S. Subbulakshmi

Happy to present our viewers yet another unheard gem by the great vidushi Bharat Ratna Smt. M. S. Subbulakshmi. This recording, about 90 years old, is the only version of MS amma singing this kovur pancharatnam. Hence I'm glad to upload it on account of Mahashivaratri (hope it's not too late!). Happy Listening! Audio Restoration: Laszlo Hortobagyi, Hungary The photo was taken during this recording session, all the artists seem to be unfamiliar. If anyone recognises them, please do let me know. #mssubbulakshmi #carnaticmusic #78rpm #tyagaraja
