Bahria Town Karachi Commercial Properties — A Serious Concern for the Real Estate Community NAB has taken legal action involving several Bahria Town-linked properties in Karachi, including the freezing and attachment of commercial assets during ongoing investigations. But an important question remains: What about the genuine investors, businessmen, tenants and property owners whose investments and businesses are connected to these commercial properties? In this video, I am raising my voice on behalf of the real estate community and requesting all stakeholders to come forward, stay informed and raise their concerns through lawful and appropriate channels. We respectfully request the relevant authorities to ensure that the rights and legitimate interests of genuine property owners and investors are protected, and that where the law permits, affected commercial properties are unsealed/released through due legal process. Accountability and protection of genuine investors should go hand in hand. If you are part of the real estate community, share your perspective and make your voice heard through lawful channels.
