Here's the print settings I currently use from Cura: Layer Height = 0.2 mm, Wall Thickness = 1.2 mm, Infill Density = 10 %, Infill Pattern = Triangles, Infill Before Walls = unchecked (so the wall print before the infill), Printing temp = 200 C, build plate = 60 C, print speed = 60 mm/s, support overhang angle = 80, build plate adhesion type = brim, brim width = 8.0 mm.
