من الصعوبة ان اتحمل اخبار الحرب على لبنان🇱🇧 كمغتربة في امريكا . حياتنا تغيرت و كنت مقررة ما ازرع ارضي هالسنة. حالتي النفسية كانت صعبة و الطبيعة بشجرها و زهورها و حيواناتها كانت المنقذ لي من الاكتئاب. قررت بهاليوم نظف العشب و حضر الارض و التربة للزراعة و زرعت ملوخية و بعدها قررت زيارة مزرعة قريبة من منزلي فيها دجاج 🐓 و اوز 🦆 و خيول 🐴.و هذه بداية سلسلة من مرحلة زراعة ارضي و الأجمل حتشوفوه في الفيديوهات القادمة It has been very difficult for me, as a Lebanese living abroad in America, to cope with the news of the war in Lebanon 🇱🇧. Our lives have changed, and I had decided not to plant my garden at all this year. I was going through a very difficult time emotionally, and nature, with its trees, flowers, and animals became my escape and helped pull me away from depression. That day, I decided to get back outside, clear the weeds, and prepare the soil for planting. I planted molokhia ( Egyptian spinach) , and afterward, I visited a farm near my home where there were chickens 🐓, geese 🦆, and horses 🐴.
