Maximizing Persia's Domestic Trade Routes - Ep 1/5

In this game I try to maximize Persia's domestic trade routes (and rush Colosseum) with a centralized Magnus Surplus Logistics city with Government Plaza, Diplomatic Quarter, and Communism! Game modes are off and I'm only trading luxuries with the AI (no other gold exploits). I'm using the BBG mod to gain an extra 2 production per trade route with Surplus Logistics.
