Death has made you realize

Recently, my wife’s younger brother passed away. I wrote this song while watching her and my kids grieve, while also trying to process my own grief over losing him. It’s the second-to-last song on the album, but it was actually the last song I wrote. I feel like this is one of the best songs I’ve written because it came from such a raw and emotional place. I can really hear and feel that emotion in the song. This song is dedicated to my brother-in-law, Joe, and to my wife. ❤️
