A new development has emerged in the Tulu Mondal case in Birbhum, West Bengal, following the Supreme Court's directions. According to advocate Rafeul Haque, stone businessman Tulu Mondal will have to return to Kolkata between November 17 and December 5 and appear in person before the Suri Court.
