Democrat State Senator INDICTED for RICO — Feds Say Grandma Moved 220 POUNDS of Weed

Virginia Democratic State Senator L. Louise Lucas, 82, has been charged in a federal RICO case. Federal prosecutors say she led a marijuana distribution and money laundering operation with her two daughters and her grandson. DOJ calls it “the Lucas Enterprise.” The indictment was unsealed October 22, 2026. It charges seven people in an alleged scheme the FBI puts at an estimated $4.5 million. Prosecutors allege 100+ kilos of marijuana, a $750,000 shell company tied to a future cannabis license, and a bribery payment taken at the Virginia State Capitol complex. Lucas is the Senate president pro tempore and chairs the Finance and Appropriations Committee. She surrendered to federal authorities Thursday morning. In this video, we break down the DOJ press conference with Attorney General Todd Blanche, FBI Director Kash Patel and First Assistant U.S. Attorney Theo Stamos. We cover the five counts she’s facing, what prosecutors have to prove under RICO, the guns and the COVID loan, and why her lawyer calls it political payback. We also cover what Virginia’s marijuana laws actually allow, and what happens next. An indictment is an accusation. Lucas is presumed innocent until proven guilty. 🚀 Click Here to join My Email Newsletter to get updates on the channel & More!: https://shorturl.at/VI3lh 🚀 CHECK OUT MY PATREON - Join my Patreon community today and help fuel our journey into uncovering scams, gaining financial insights, and empowering our lives – your support makes all the difference! https://bit.ly/4aN0K4n -------- 🚀Check Out Para app:https://bit.ly/3m8pRtQ Your ultimate gig-driving sidekick!
