#wingfoil: Hayling - 30th August 2026

Definitely my best so far, by a long margin. Earlier in the day we'd been out at Emsworth for an amazing 3.5 hour session (covered over 30 miiles) and I nearly didn't bother coming across to Hayling - so glad I did (thanks Harvey). Was blowing mid to high teens (knots) and there was some nice small swell coming through so I had plenty of chances trying to de-power the wing and ride the foil back in - still not staying up for long, but the rides are getting more stable and longer. After all the gybe practise earlier at Emsworth, I was managing to make a few switch stance gybes. #wingfoiling #insta360x5
