Craftex CX125HC Planer (Warranty) Review

I brought a tool back to Busy Bee for warranty repair. I used it lightly for 21 months and it comes with a 36 month warranty. They gave me the run around for four months. I messaged the company president, filed a complaint with BBB and then posted online reviews about my experience. Now they are claiming the tool works just fine. I think they are mistaken or possibly trying to gaslight me. I produced this video so you can decide for yourself. It’s a bit long and not my best work but it tells my side of the story.
