A smooth end to our NCL Encore Transatlantic

Sharon and Mark love to travel, especially cruising with NCL. They just completed a 15 day transatlantic on the NCL Encore, disembarking at Southampton, UK. They share their experience with a "walk off" disembarkation which was very quick and smooth. They don't all that well.
