Fashionably Late is a Milwaukee-based jazz band that performs high-energy, danceable jazz, whether old standards or jazzy versions of pop and rock music. Its members met in the University of Wisconsin, UW-Milwaukee big band, and now perform in Milwaukee and on the road. In 2026, they debuted at Abbey Road on the River (AROTR). AROTR is an awesome 5-day music festival, held Memorial Day weekend in Jeffersonville, Indiana, across the river from Louisville, KY. It's the biggest and best Beatles-based music fest ever, and includes much classic rock of the 60s and 70s. Every Beatles or classic-rock fan should go. (Some members of Fashionably Late also perform in The Taxmen, a Beatles tribute band that has played the fest for a few years.)
