In FNAF World, the Security system is represented by a heterochromatic owl, similar to the baby owl in Moon.exe. The security owl could be David trying to protect Cassidy "BV" Afton from learning the truth, or keeping people out and not doing a very good job. Mystic Hippo says "You are late for work. Does it hurt when they pull your strings?" which is another puppeteering reference.
