Daddy K | Pen Spinning

I've always been bothered by the cinematic rule that the shutter speed should be double the frame rate to achieve the most natural-looking motion blur. I'm still not entirely convinced by it, but when it comes to pen spinning, one thing is undeniable: 30 fps at 1/30 sec looks the best. Period
