Train Horns are back! San Clemente, CA

As of November 25th, 2020, San Clemente California is no longer a quiet zone! Trains will now blow their horn’s through all the crossings. There are currently no plans whatsoever to go back to a quiet zone! I don’t know the whole story, but the city wasn’t supposed to implement the quiet zones and the FRA found out and sued the city.
