Misty Passes, River Crossings, Lots of Mud! Cape Wrath Trail Day 7: Shiel Bridge to Barrisdale Bothy

Hi, I'm Liz! I'm a trail runner and long-distance hiker with endurance records on the Appalachian Trail, Long Trail, Kungsleden, and Pinhoti Trail.
