Painting an Igbo Child LIVE 🎨 | Digital Portrait Study

Welcome to another live painting session! 🎨 Today, I'm painting a digital portrait of an Igbo child LIVE. I'll be exploring the features, skin tones, colors, and lighting that help bring the portrait to life while sharing my painting process from start to finish. Join me as I work through this portrait study, focusing on observation, values, color relationships, and the little details that give a face its character. 🎥 In This Video: Painting the facial features and proportions of an Igbo child Exploring skin tones, light, shadow, and color relationships Refining the portrait with subtle details and finishing touches 💡 Learning Through Portrait Studies: Portrait painting is about more than getting the features in the right place. It's about understanding the underlying forms, observing how light interacts with the skin, and capturing the unique character of the person you're painting. Every study is an opportunity to improve your observation, experiment with color, and become more confident in your painting process. The goal isn't just to finish a portrait, but to learn something along the way.
